Glatt! From Suburb to City?
Zurich is changing and growing. In the periphery this growth is hardly coordinated. The architects collective “Krokodil” prepared a masterplan for the Glatt area in the north of Zurich recently published by Scheidegger & Spiess. As an additional initiative the collective organized an international summer academy in collaboration with the department of architecture at the ETH Zurich and an illustrious group of tutors from all over Europe. This résumé is a transcript of the final remarks after a day of reviews.
