Mapping Switzerland was a study performed by Hosoya Schaefer for the weekly political magazine Weltwoche. In eight illustrations, Switzerland was analysed in many different ways in an attempt to reinterpret its stereotypical image.
Mapping Switzerland was also an exhibition curated by Pius Freiburghaus and organized by the Perforum at the Kulturzentrum Seedamm. It looked at maps, art and myths and attempted to find new ways of describing the identity of Switzerland ranging from the scientific to the artistic.
