Hosoya Schaefer Architects has won the 1st Prize for Brügglimatt Muttenz. The design features a variety of housing options surrounded by green spaces for private or informal use, complemented by differentiated planting and topography. The project’s socio-spatial concept includes a mix of functions on the ground floors, spanning retail, residential, and communal uses. Gartenstadt 2.0 is set to offer a forward-thinking, vibrant environment that caters to diverse user needs, establishing a well-thought-out network of green spaces and community facilities.
