Entrance Berlin City West
Entrance Berlin City West – an exciting start into 2023! Hosoya Schaefer together with Agence Ter and Burckhardt Partner (Berlin) was selected as one of 8 teams to develop ideas for the Entrance Berlin City West. The area extends from the Westkreuz train station about two kilometers south to the Grunewald forest. Today, the area is known and dominated by traffic due to the AVUS North Bend and the ICC. Among other things, a new, climate-neutral Berlin urban quarter is to be built there by the 2040s. The dialogic competition process also involves the public and will last until the end of the year.
