Campus Bochum – Completion of the Framework Plan
From the machine in the park to the urban, connected campus. A mixed, lively urban quarter of Knowledge and Research is being created in Bochum!
We are pleased about the successful completion of the framework planning of the 310-ha Campus Bochum!
In close coordination with the City of Bochum, the Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW, the Ruhr-Universität Bochum, the Hochschule Bochum, the Hochschule für Gesundheit in cooperation with other actors as well as relevant groups we developed the new vision for the Campus Bochum in a team with Studio Vulkan Landschaftsarchitekten and Planersocietät. Our framework plan was adopted this year as an urban development concept by the Bochum City Council with a large majority.
We are looking forward to the first pilot projects!
