Dagnija Smilga from Hosoya Schaefer Architects gave a lecture as part of the panel discussion “Modernism and Global Architecture” on April 19 2015 at V Biennale of Architecture in St. Petersburg, Russia.
The event took place in the Museum of Ethnography from 14th till 20th of April 2015. The festival was organized by the Association of Architecture Workshops, the lecture series by the Project Baltia Magazine.
