Badrutt’s Palace Hotel
Hosoya Schaefer Architects completed a refurbishment in the landmark hotel Badrutt’s Palace in St. Moritz. Highlight of the project is the new Matsuhisa@Badrutt’s Restaurant which has been opened with a traditional Sake ceremony on December 19,2014 by Nobu Matsuhisa and Hans Wiedemann.
The project is located above the King’s Club in the volume of the historic tennis hall and reorganizes the entire West Wing of the hotel with a new entrance hall and circulation, a new roof and skylight, storage space and technical equipment.
The project was a collaboration with Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, London, who was responsible for the interior design of the restaurant and Gaudenzi Marchesi Müller Architectura SA, Champfèr, who was overseeing construction.
